Adding, arranging and hiding blocks

Everything on a bio page is a block. Here is how to work with them.

A bio page is a stack of blocks — a link, a heading, a product, a form. You add them from the picker, drag them into order, and hide the ones you are not using right now.

Step by step
- Open your page — you land on the Blocks tab — and choose Add a block.
- Pick from Essentials, Media, Layout, Commerce or Advanced.
- Fill in the block’s fields and choose Save block.
- Reorder with the Move up and Move down controls on each block.
- Use Hide block to take one off the page without deleting it, and Duplicate to copy one you have already set up.
- Choose Preview to see the result as a visitor will.
Tips
- Hiding beats deleting for anything seasonal — a hidden block keeps its content and its position.
- Blocks above the fold get the clicks. Put the thing you actually want people to do first.
