How to confirm delivery

Confirm you received your item so the vendor gets paid.

Confirming delivery releases the vendor’s earnings for that order, so please confirm as soon as your item arrives in good condition.
Step by step
- Open the order under My Account → Orders.
- For the item you received, click Confirm delivery.
- If you don’t confirm, orders auto-confirm after the review window closes.
