Questions
Does one plan really cover every app?
Yes. There is a single LinkVault subscription — whatever tier you are on applies to your bio pages, short links, QR codes and storefront at the same time. There is nothing to buy per app.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your links keep working, your pages stay up, and we keep recording your stats — you just stop seeing the parts your new plan does not include. Upgrading again shows the whole history back, not just what happened afterwards. If your account is over the smaller plan's limits we will tell you what to remove first rather than choosing for you.
What is the difference between Premium and Enterprise?
Premium is the top plan you can buy yourself, with published pricing and generous limits. Enterprise is configured around one organization: the seats, limits, roles, support and price are agreed with you, and no two Enterprise accounts are the same.
Can I change my mind?
Cancel whenever you like and you keep everything you paid for until the end of the period you have already paid. We do not cut access off the moment you cancel.
Which payment methods work?
Cards, bank transfer and USSD through Paystack or Flutterwave. Prices are billed in Naira. Enterprise contracts can be invoiced and paid by transfer instead.
