How to delete your account

You can delete your account at any time. This is permanent, so make sure nothing is outstanding first.

Step by step

1. Settle anything open first: complete active orders — your sales are already settled to your bank by the payment provider.
2. Go to Profile and scroll to the Delete account section.
3. Confirm your password to verify it is you.
4. Submit to permanently delete your account and data.

Frequently asked questions

Can I recover my account later?
No. Deletion is permanent. If you only want a break, simply log out instead.

I am a vendor with a balance.
Withdraw your available earnings before deleting — balances cannot be recovered afterwards.
