A workspace holds your pages, links and codes — and the people who work on them.

Everything you create belongs to a workspace rather than to you personally. That is what lets a colleague pick your work up without you handing over a password.
Step by step
- Every account starts with one personal workspace, created for you.
- Bio pages, short links, QR codes and contacts all belong to the workspace you are in.
- On plans with shared workspaces you can have several — for example one per brand or client.
- Switch between them from Team.
Tips
- Plan limits are counted per workspace.
- The workspace’s plan comes from its owner, so a teammate on a free plan does not reduce what the workspace can do.
