Every plan records everything. Your plan decides how far back you can look and which breakdowns are shown.
Step by step
- Open a page and choose the Analytics tab.
- Read the headline numbers first: views, and clicks per block.
- Use the breakdowns — traffic sources, devices, new versus returning, browsers, operating systems and countries — to see who is arriving.
- Change the period to compare a campaign week against a normal one.
- Use Export CSV at the bottom to take the daily numbers away as a spreadsheet.
Tips
- A block with lots of views and no clicks is usually a wording problem, not a placement problem.
- History is kept for 7 days on Free, 30 on Starter, 90 on Growth and 180 on Premium.
- The CSV export is included from the Premium plan.
Frequently asked questions
Some breakdowns are locked.
Those dimensions are included from a higher plan. The data is still being recorded, so it appears in full the moment you upgrade.
What is in the CSV?
One row per day — date, views, visitors and clicks — covering the whole history your plan keeps, not just the period on screen. Days with no traffic are included as zeroes so the row count matches the calendar.
The export does not include the breakdowns.
That is deliberate. Traffic sources, devices and the rest are top-of-list summaries rather than a daily series, and stacking them under the dates would give you one file whose columns change meaning halfway down.
