Disconnecting an integration

How to stop syncing, and what happens to data already sent.

Step by step
- Open Audience → Integrations and choose the connection.
- Disconnect stops all future syncing and deletes the stored credentials.
- Contacts already copied to that platform stay there — remove them in the platform itself if you need them gone.
- Revoke the API key at the platform too, so nothing can reconnect with it.
Tips
- Disconnecting does not delete your LinkVault contacts. They are yours either way.

Someone asked me to delete their data.
Remove them at your email platform, then contact LinkVault support to have the contact erased here. Self-service contact deletion is being added.
