What your LinkVault Audience is

Bio page forms, phone collectors, payment links, invoices and marketplace orders all create contacts. Audience is where they land — one person, one record, however many products they touched.

Step by step

1. Open Audience from the navigation rail.
2. Browse or search your contacts. Each shows where it came from and when.
3. Open a contact to see its full history and consent status.

Tips

• The contact layer is free on every plan — collecting and keeping your contacts is not something we sell back to you.
• What is sold is mirroring contacts out to an email platform: one connected platform on Starter, three on Growth, unlimited on Premium.

Frequently asked questions

Does LinkVault email my contacts?
No. LinkVault stores them and, if you ask it to, copies them to your own email platform. Campaigns are sent from there.
