Changing where a printed QR code points

An editable code (one made with Let me change it after printing, or a type marked Editable and tracked) is printed pointing at LinkVault, and LinkVault sends each scan wherever you currently say. The image never changes, so everything already printed keeps working.

Step by step

1. Open QR codes and choose the code.
2. Choose Edit.
3. Change the details — a new web address, a different WhatsApp number or message. To make it do something else entirely, use Change what this code does and pick a new type.
4. Save. The next scan goes to the new destination.

Tips

• The page reminds you: “Anything already printed keeps working — every change here reaches the next scan, and the image never changes.”
• Simple website-link codes can be re-pointed from the Starter plan; Advanced codes from Growth.
• A code made without the editable option cannot be changed. Its content — a WiFi password, a phone number — is inside the pattern itself.

Frequently asked questions

Do old scans still count?
Yes. The code keeps its full scan history through every change.

Can I send scans somewhere else just for a while?
Pause the code and set an address under When the code is paused, or use a schedule. See Pausing, duplicating and deleting a QR code.
