Creating QR codes in bulk from a spreadsheet
1 min read · Updated 18 Oct 2026
Upload a CSV and make hundreds of codes at once — one per product, table or salesperson.
For: Premium and EnterpriseDifficulty: Medium⏱ 4 min
Step by step
- On QR codes, choose More → Bulk create, then Download the template.
- Fill in one row per code: name; action (website, WhatsApp, Instagram or any other type); destination (the web address, phone number or username); country for phone numbers (for example NG); an optional pre-filled message; and optionally a campaign and folder, which are created if they do not exist.
- Choose Upload a CSV, then Check the file.
- Read Rows with problems, if there are any. Nothing has been created yet at this point — fix the spreadsheet and upload again, or Discard.
- Choose Create. The codes are made in the background; when the upload finishes you can download them as a ZIP of SVG files, with a spreadsheet listing each code and its link.
Tips
- Up to 500 rows per upload.
- Bulk codes are ordinary codes afterwards: edit, design, pause or delete them one at a time like any other.
- Cells that look like spreadsheet formulas are neutralised in every file LinkVault gives back, so a downloaded list can be opened safely.
